Foxconn Chairman Liu Young-way has stated that the company is in discussions with relevant Indian authorities to explore potential collaborations in regions such as the southern state of Tamil Nadu. Data indicates that global battery energy storage shipments saw significant growth in 2023, with Chinese companies dominating the market. As a globally renowned electronics manufacturing service provider, Foxconn has been increasing its investments in the battery and energy storage sectors in recent years, aiming to expand new business growth areas.
